My Brothers, The Woullards.

After 13 years I finally am reunited with my two brothers, Bouvier Woullard (25) and Paul Woullard (24). It all started one evening when my younger brother Paul wanted to get in touch with his "Woullard" family and decided to look us up on the net. Well, after getting the run around with all those ancestry sites he googled my name and there I was..on facebook.com. He left me a note stating who he was and that he thought that we were siblings. The very next day I got his note through my email account and totally lost my mind. I couldn't believe it- I was looking back at my brother whom I hadn't seen in since our fathers death in 1995. He looked just like Furman Woullard and Winnie Woullard (Father and Oldest Brother)..He was so handsome and had the Woullard trait all over his face. Fact: we are Native American, so us Woullards are known for our lips, eyes and skin. He was beautiful. Looking at him brought back all my feelings of my father and how I longed for a closer connection to my family.
After much communication back and forth via internet, facebook, txt and phone. I also learned over the course of 4 weeks that my other brother Bouvier was also living here in Atlanta. It couldn't get any better! I had my brothers back in my life again. I spoke to both Bouvier and Paul over the phone and "not" to my surprise we even sound alike. They are smart, funny, sharp, focused, family oriented and love me even though we hadn't been together in over 13 years!
12.26.08- We decided to all meet face to face at The Cheesecake Factory at 6pm. I was so excited all day just to see them in person. Bouvier called me at 5:50pm to say that they had arrived and were waiting on me...I of course was running late (do to mall traffic) and didn't arrive til 6:15pm. I called Paul and told him to meet me at the front door as I approached the restaurant...walking to the door was like arriving on a blind date...I was thinking will they think I'm nice, pretty, look like them...I was so nervous but felt so much love. As soon as I walked in, I saw Paul (HANDSOME!!!) he looked just like my dad!!! I wanted to cry but couldn't, it was like I was crying inside. We hugged so tight...I didn't want to let go...kissing my brother hello for the first time in so long reminded me of the way my dad would always kiss me...It felt so nice to be connected to family. I walked to the table and Bouvier was sitting down..I screamed out his name and he smiled..(BEAUTIFUL!!!!) Bouvier looks the most like our dad..he is unbelievably calm but nervous...we hugged so tight...we both cried (on the inside)...

I came with gifts (it is Christmas...) photo's of our father! Bouvier cried because they had lost the photo's of him that they had. It was a great moment for us all...we couldn't help but to look at each other, talk about our father and extended families, smile, laugh, joke, take pictures, talk..We talked for over 4 hours...It was the best Christmas I have ever had. We didn't leave the restaurant until 11:30pm! As we hugged goodbye I was filled with so much love and joy for them. I had my brothers back in my life. I will never let them go again...I look forward to many more memories with them...I LOVE YOU!
